Returns are accepted only for defective products. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@totucciofoods.com with the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A clear photo of the product and defect

Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll issue a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for reasons other than product defect or damage.

• All food items must remain unopened and in original packaging for any return to be considered.
