For three generations, La Fabbrica della Pasta has been making pasta in Gragnano — a town near Naples with over 500 years of pasta-making history. Today, they are one of just twelve remaining pasta makers in the region (down from over 300 originally) and were the very first to receive IGP certification for their Gragnano pasta.
