For three generations, La Fabbrica della Pasta has been making pasta in Gragnano — a small town near Naples with over 500 years of pasta-making history. Today, they are one of only twelve remaining pasta makers in the region (down from the original 300) and were the very first pasta factory in the world to earn IGP (Protected Geographical Origin) certification for their pasta.
